RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from Cuisipro.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we’re happy to accept your returns within 30 days of the date you received the item and will provide you with a full refund of the item purchase price less applicable return shipping charges.

Please note that our return policy only applies to products purchased at www.cuisiprousa.com and that we do not refund the original shipping costs. In order to process your return, item(s) must be in the same condition and packaging in which they were shipped to you and within 30 days of receipt. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service or fill the return form on contact us page to obtain the RMA number and other details.

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

REFUNDS

We'll process your refund after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. Refunds or credits will only be given for the amount paid on the original order, in the case of returning purchase with free gift please include free gift item with the product. Certain charges are non-refundable, including, but not limited to gift wrap charges, customs & duties, shipping cost.

All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items.
