Shipping Update: Annual Inventory Advisory

Please be advised that our warehouse and distribution center are conducting an annual inventory from January 1 to January 9, 2025. During this time:

• Orders will continue to be processed; however, there may be delays in invoicing and tracking updates due to year-end processes.
• Deliveries will resume on January 10, 2025.

Applicable before taxes & after applicable discounts (Applicable for USA & Canada, with the exception of Nunavut, NWT & Yukon). We Ship to the United States & Canada.

SHIPPING FEES

$10 flat rate for orders under $49 in the local currency for USA & Canada.

*Some remote locations may require additional shipping charges.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

We process all in stock orders during regular business hours (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. We will make our best efforts to ship your order in a timely manner however delays do occasionally occur beyond the control of Cuisipro. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

If you are from a country outside of Canada & USA, please contact our support team before you place the order to check local delivery options.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes

DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY:

In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with zip/postal code to ensure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. We will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please contact our support team if you need to cancel your order for any reason. If you have already submitted your order, it may be too late to cancel. However, once you receive it, you can return the order, and you will be responsible for any delivery costs related to that order.

DAMAGED, LOST OR SHORT SHIPMENTS

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to our support team immediately so that we can re-ship the merchandise and/or file a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods exactly as they were delivered before filing a claim.
